No brewing system was ever able to fully satisfy me, so I designed and built one.
A creature of my own making, after years of experiments, research and attempts.
This plant allows me to exploit a 6 hl brewing chamber and a cellar with 4 x 1.5 hl fermenters.
Finally I can now produce the beers I have always wanted
I equipped myself with precision instruments to help me to control the whole beer brewing process, starting with the water, through to the bottled beer.
My product must always have the highest quality and must be repeatable through time, precisely as I want it.
